The ABC's of Foundation Paper Piecing
THE ABC's of Foundation/Paper Piecing
This mini workshop will focus on how to paper piece using fun seasonal design. Instructor Diane Fama will show you how to quickly and easily use the sewing on the line (aka flip and sew) method to creating intricate blocks that would otherwise be too difficult to create by machine. If you have always wanted to try your hand at foundation piecing, then this is the class for you. We will discuss patterns, stitching, needles, and practice making a few Different blocks and joining multiple unit segments to avoid set in seams. There are some important, great tricks to this method and Diane will share all them with you. Everything you learn in this class can be applied to successfully paper piecing any design you want.
