Note - this quilt is called Caramel and Blue because of the prints used. The background color is Chambray Sand. The Chambray Sand Background looks like it has a purple tint to it because of the way the colors play together.

Wallflower is an ornamental collection loosely inspired by, and my somewhat romantic take on design styles popular in the 1960's and 70's.

The name Wallflower takes me back to dancing school, at a time of my life where I was taller than all the boys and therefore doomed to be a wallflower.  The ballroom had a distinctive 1970's floral wallpaper that I tried my best to disappear into, much like the shy girl in the Wallflower fabric design.
